Adiyogi Shiva Originator of Yoga

  Adiyogi Shiva is a 112 ft statue inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister and Sadhguru. Largest and tallest face in the world, Adiyogi Shiva statue is a 34 mtrs( 112 feet) high, 45 mtrs(147 feet) long and 25 mtrs(82 feet) wide steel statue of Hindu  dharma  diety Shiva at Coimbatore. The statue is designed by Sadhguru (Jaggi Vasudev) and weighs around 500 tonnes. It is shiny black in colour and exhibits  Moksha   theme in yogic culture and is one of the top most tourist attractions in Coimbatore. A linga called ‘Yogeshwar Linga’ is was consecrated and is placed in front of the statue. Adiyogi refers to the ‘first yogi’ or Shiva as the originator of yoga. Yoga was established to inspire people towards inner well being through yoga by  Adiyogi   who transmitted the science of ‘ yoga’   to his seven disciples, the  Saptrishis   .  Shiva expounded 112 ways through which human beings can transcend their limitations and reach their ultimate potential.                                           

Ten Unique Villages in India

  ‘The soul of India lives in its villages’. Beautiful lush green landscapes to winter wonderlands, fresh air, blue skies, India offers it all. If you are going to go on the lookout for something extraordinary or  unique   too, our country will not disappoint you.  Each village in India has a culture, colours , and a different story to tell. If someone decides to explore every single village and know people there, it will take several lifetimes. I have researched further and found some villages speaking a bizarre tone.  Here is a list of ten unique villages in the country you won't believe really exist:            1.    Shetphal, Maharashtra, India:                               About 200 km from Pune, Maharashtra, in the Sholapur district, is located a village named Shetpal or Shetphal.
